Cleanroom case study: Matsuura

Following flooding of their existing cleanroom, time was of the essence to ensure that precision engineering company Matsuura were back in production as quickly as possible. Having already completed the original cleanroom facility build, Matsuura didn't hesitate in contacting Bassaire to replace the unit in double quick time.

This new state of the art ISO 6 cleanroom was designed, constructed, tested and fully validated within 12 weeks. With the considerable benefit of being able to offer a total turnkey service, Bassaire were able to fully control all aspects of the new construction within this critical timeframe including the facility fit-out, specialist HVAC, mechanical and electrical services together with all necessary commissioning and validation activities.

By providing a 'hands on' management style Bassaire closely coordinated all stages of the project build with Matsuura to ensure all key features, services and specific requirements were integrated with environmental performance within critical areas to ± 1°c and control of relative humidity to ± 5%.
