Sterile filling line

This sterile facility was designed to provide laminar flow protection over an automated assembly and aseptic filling line. It comprised stainless steel modules supported over the filling machines with stainless steel cladding to the ceiling, with all manufacturing work being carried out in-house.

The design, manufacture and installation was completed successfully by Bassaire within twelve weeks.

Bassaire staff were involved with all aspects of the entire project from concept to completion, with designers travelling to Germany to inspect the assembly and filling machines prior to commencing with the final design work.
